This was a pleasant surprise, and my first stay at a Best Western.nnWe used it as an overnight spot for a two day ride in the Laurentian region.nnRooms were quiet and clean. Free parking outside your room is a bonus, as was the restaurant and lounge onsite, eliminating the need for taxi ridesnnThe quality of the restaurant was also unexpected, having many options such as lamb in addition to the standard pub fare.nnThrow in included breakfast, and it was perfect.
From beginning with reservation assistance to the end. Both Tanya and Barbara at the front desk are very helpful and pleasant. This hotel is very central, clean and very professional. This was our second visit and they did not disappoint us.
Front desk staff great. Barbra was awesome after a long drive and help with directions to later evening take out when most places closed.nnNot familiar with area to comment on location. Drove from PEI to here.
Room was great, had a view to the pool, breakfast included from the restaurant in the hotel not a buffet style, the location is excellent, you have dollar store to variety of restaurants in walkable distance.nSpecial shoutout to Barbara at front desk.
Great Best Western, very clean.nStaff are extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in St. Jerome Quebec.
