Auberge du Lac Morency

Positive: Great view, the lakeside was nice and the restaurant at night offered some good meals Negative: we reserved a room in advance that included a balcony. Unfortunately, that was not the room we got. We decided to go with it, however, it was noisy. We heard our upstairs neighbours so we decided to request a switch. But....almost all rooms were booked but the reception offered us one of their 'condo' suites. It didn't make a difference. Just as noisy. In fact, the bed had a spring mattress which really wasn't too comfortable for our backs. That's not everything though. Even though we had a nice dinner at the restaurant, the breakfast was less to speak off. Not much choice at about 12$ p.p. (toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, beans and fruit, that's it) If you felt like pancakes or perhaps a croissant, you'll have to go for their brunch at 11 AM, which includes all that for 26$ p.p. (gets expensive). Once the tip gets presented to you, make to double check as they like to include 15% tip already in the price.

Always love coming here. Staff is great, helpful and the resort is wonderful. Excellent facilities.

This is a beautiful property, nice hikes, water activities and excursions to Montreal and Quebec City. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a studio, it's a bit dated but very cozy and comfortable.

I come here with my family every year at thanksgiving it's such a great place to see the fall colours.

Absolutely wonderful place. Beautiful place. Everything was done really well. Food was good, people were very nice. Amenities are great! Would go again for sure
