This place has bad service and once we called them out for it they started making racist comments like "this isn't *insert country*" and they covered their name tags so we couldn't report them to their manager and worst of all they called the police after we protested against their racist comments. They wouldn't admit that we booked the rooms in advance but they have the credit card records from booking ahead of time. Worst hotel Ive ever visited and won't be coming ever again!

Saturday of Labour Day weekend this is the closest hotel to Mont Tremblant we could find with rooms! I informed the hotel that we'd be checking in very late and they were courteous on the phone. We are English speakers and when we arrived for check-in the staff were fluent and comfortable in English and were helpful - great service experience. Unfortunately no quality of service could make up for the shabby room. The hotel hallways and room smelled, and the room was dated. There was a relatively new sink but the rest of the bathroom was dated with paint chipping, etc. The room hit all the check boxes (beds, fridge, free decent wifi, outlets for phone charging, TV, etc.). The window was more than useless and somewhat unwelcome as a privacy invasion. It just showed a view to the inside of the renovations of the hotel pool area and - there were tables and seats right outside the window! Who on either side of that window would want to see one another?... Awkward.

Stayed one night and will never go again. The price was bad, the internet kept disconnecting, the air conditioner was not working properly and drainage wasn't draining. Awful awful experience! Stay away
