Comfortable clean hotel - close to lots of great sites and malls. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of hot and cold options - we did not leave hungry. Glad we chose this hotel and we will definitely select this location when in the area again.

We visited for 3 nights to visit some twin City landmarks. We are not fussy travelers when staying at hotels. We just need a good place to sleep. Location: it's far from the usual attractions but is very close to the I-494. ex. Mall of America is 10-15 minutes away. There are a bunch of restaurants and a small mall within walking distance plus Walmart and Target very close by. Service: Friendly & helpful service at all levels. Room: Adequate for our purposes. No complaints. Extra: Hot breakfast available until 9am (take note late risers). Pool open until 10pm. Elevator close to front desk. Parking: There were always available spaces. Not sure about US holidays though. Would definitely stay again.

If you are looking for a GREAT Stay at a GREAT rate with GREAT Management. this is the place for you. Also a GREAT Location.

The place is great. I would normally rate itv5 stars, but this time we got DOUBLE billed and we are still trying to get it corrected. The lack of helpfulness and concern it what it what bothers me the most, since mistakes can happen.

Was just visiting a friend. Although, I thought the elevator was rediculously small and poorly planned on the floor layout. I have been in less expensive hotels and had better elevators than that.
