The sales woman who helped me was good at giving me enough space, but being there when I needed her. That’s the kind of service I appreciate. She help me find some things based on my style and then afterwards she even helped me carry it to my car because I had my four-month-old son with me. That was super nice of her.

I was looking for the perfect desk for months. A salesperson at this store directed me to an office furniture catalog, which had many choices. Not only did I find what I wanted, shipped to the store for free, but it is also a great value. I found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Ben (sales person) addressed all my concerns about buying a power recliner. We spent a good amount of time comparing recliners that would best match my needs. The size, color, and quality were all covered. The recliners are on order and I hope that they (bought two recliners) work out well.

Recently purchased a sectional w/cuddler. Matt our sales person was super easy to work with. From sales to delivery everything went perfectly and delivery was exactly when they said it would be. The automated calls let you know almost to the minute when the truck will arrive. The delivery guys were nice, careful and clean. I will be back! Thanks Becker

Where to start? Over the past year I've been watching my mother battle with Becker Furniture, all starting with this store when she purchased a 1200.00 couch in November 2016 and was delivered January 2017. For nearly 10 months they avoided any bit of communication with her and kept giving her the run around. Finally after reporting the company and the issue to the Attorney General, they decided to buck up and reach out to her. After contacting back and forth with Andrea (customer service manager) MULTIPLE TIMES, she finally set up a pick up date to take back the couch. Now she's been slacking on the refund and is not returning her calls! The couch was taken back almost two weeks ago! Read the reviews- poor products and poor costumer service. I hope this review helps you avoid this company at all costs.
