We have been with Saddlewood for a few months now and have zero complaints.  Louise has handled everything professionally and I love how she takes interest in our family!  We did have an issue with a neighbor but she handled it quickly and took it all seriously and then followed up with us afterwards.  She is reachable and responsive and we couldn't be happier.

We moved up to Minnesota for a new job and chose Saddlewood Townhomes. That was a big mistake. We were utterly miserable here, partly because of the price tag - who in their right mind charges $1,500+ a month for a very old townhome in the location it's in? - and partly because the owners/"corporate" who run the place are soulless husks driven solely by greed. 

In the townhomes' defense, the people in the office - when you can get ahold of them - were kind and attentive and the maintenance was competent and quick to respond to maintenance requests. The location is okay - there's a nice wetlands trail nearby and it's convenient to Target and a few stores in a strip mall, but anything else requires getting on the highway and driving 20 minutes or more.

My gripe lies mostly with "corporate", who has taken each and every opportunity they possibly could to try to suck more money out of us. Between not being able to negotiate something to allow us to get our of our lease only three months early - so I could go take care of my mother while she undergoes chemotherapy, for god's sake; the woman in the office telling us after we had cleaned the apartment that it "looked good and was in good condition and we'd probably get our full deposit back" - then we got a letter a few weeks later not only giving us nothing of the refund but demanding additional payment for "cleaning fees"; and a long, long list of other, smaller things that have added up; I got the distinct impression that the owners do not care about the people living in their townhomes, just their wallets - and they will do anything and everything to try to suck every last dollar out of that. 

If you are looking for a place that makes you feel cared for in the slightest, look elsewhere. If you're a cold machine with tons of money to blow, then this is the place for you.

Quiet setting, 3 bedroom layout is large. Management is nice and maintenance is attentive. Has become a bit expensive lately for what you get - 15xx for a 3 bedroom rental - however works for those transitioning between an apartment and buying a house. Landscape is nice and some homes have nice views.
