Best Buy

I went looking for an aux hard drive to Walmart, and then Staples, but both were out of stock, and neither knew when they'd get an 8TB back into their stores... So then I went to Best Buy in Langford. It was my last choice because I thought they'd be most expensive - but to my surprise, the Manager matched the price on Amazon, and I was able to have it Immediately! After finding me exactly what I was looking for, the Manager saw my cell phone (that has been busted up for a year now) and said, "I think you might enjoy a new phone too" He introduced me to a young sales man Jordan or Jason(?) who knew every detail on EVERY cell phone offered. He was SO knowledgeable that he instantly gained my confidence, and I bought Way more than I expected! I left feeling absolutely satisfied in my decisions! This was THE best experience I've ever had buying electronics! Extremely Knowledgeable, well trained staff, fast, efficient, courteous; and it was obvious it came from the Manager Barnebas(?) down. Thank you BB! Loving my new phone and more! :)

When they have sales the prices are very good. Return policy is good. Selection of TV, cameras, and computers is pretty good. Though accessories are lacking. Notably in the computer department. They have no way to special order anything it seems.

You know, I came in the other day for a cell phone case for my new phone. A very popular phone they sell in-store. There was one type of case for my phone. One. Come here for electronics, but only iPhone cases seem to have any variety. Not much better online. Disappointing.

Been going here for years, back when they were still future shop, to get electronics as it's usually on my way. It's easy to get to and usually not too busy either. Selection is good and on par with what you could find online. So if you don't want to wait for shipping, it's a good choice. Staff have been good and aren't pushy as they aren't commission.

BS service. They refused to price match from Costco, however my friend got hers price matched plus they threw in 10 dollars for the same item. I WILL NVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. Break your own rules on price matching. Go shop at Amazon. excellent customer service. Easy returns. Better pricing. Bad service like this is the reason why you're going to go out of business.
