I absolutely love shopping at this Lowes. Whether making a return, and being greeted with a smile and a friendly hello by Mr. Gary, or are looking for a particular product, the staff are pleasant, professional and warm. Some items can be a bit costly compared to their competitors, but that would be my only negative comment. I highly recommend this store for all of your household essentials.
The workers we had delt with was amazing i sure wish I got their names!nMy son 3 was playing with the workers and one even took him to the toy spot and bought him a car while we were doing our checking out.nReally melted our heartsnWorkers like that make it so much easier when ur trying to buy something very costly.
That was the first time that I've ever been in that store that day I spent $58 paint is very expensive there I wouldn't suggest buying it unless you just getting a $22 cheap stuff.nTools are very nice tho I bought a 12-inch pry bar AKA flat bar and also a 7-inch at $12 and some change.nThe female that was on duty and painting department was nowhere to be found at first so I had to press the button I put a couple items on the counter then walked 15 maybe 10 ft away still in I contact she comes out of nowhere it takes my stuff and put it back on the shelf like common Sense somebody just push the button and you don't care to do your job and find out what do you think the items that were on the counter press the button and now they want to be put back on the shelf haha funny but no seriously and then when I approached her as she's halfway down the aisle cuz she's speed walking on the phone for the store in a private call not a business call for the store I kind of overheard a few words that were said and you wouldn't say that to a customer so I know she was using the store phone for her personal use is she brushed me off in continue to walk but she heard me cuz you turned around and looked at me and said in a minute I'm on the phone as I had to speak up again and ask for the things in her hand back so that she hung up the phone and then as we were walking back to the counter she goes and takes care of the person that was at the counter when me and her were walking back even though I was next customer to be taken care of and then to top it all off I ring up all the items and it gives you a price there at the bottom, right and then I pressed the button that says pay and all of a sudden it adds another $8 and some change to the bill like why would you show a person an amount and then have them press pay and then all of a sudden I totally different amount appears more expensive I understand that it's tax but still taxes included in each item that is rung up not at the end all I'm saying I'll never go back to that store again but I'll go with three stars cuz it's Lowe's and it was clean
Dryer was ordered, couldn’t be delivered for 4 days. Upon delivery, the delivery person noted the dryer was damaged and stated” I wouldn’t take it, it won’t level properly”. “Fast forward” NOT to today, Monday, truck broke down, notified late and long story short , dryer will now be delivered on Wednesday and installation parts will “ probably” be delivered with it. I said that was unacceptable and was informed they have a third party delivery service. they drive a Lowe’s truck, but they aren’t really Lowe’s all the assistant manager,Jennifer, could repeat was “it’s third party” over and over to every question or statement. She finally transferred to “Lowe’s” delivery and their phone wasn’t answered past a malfunctioning menu. NEVER again. And now , no choice for zero stars. Apathetic and absolutely no concern for the inconvenience of people taking time off work. Very rude
During the week it's impossible to find someone to help you, weekends are better.nnMy big gripe with this Horseheads store.nnI buy lumber here sometimes, faucets they carry Moen brand.
