Thank you very much to the girls who work in the print department. They helped, explained. I have not seen such a good attitude towards customers in any other Staples. Girls, if you are reading this, thank you for your help and kindness.

They don’t even deserve one star , Bad customer service at Copy printing side , they don’t come to help you even you call them in self service . There was one girl lovejot she just ignored me playing with phone . And I think there was other associate there.

Looking for the item that I went to purchase at least three times I walked around / through the stores before an associate came to assist me.

Found what I wanted quickly and easily. Friendly staff.

Great experience today. Went in to look for some dymo labels and there were none on the shelf but website said 25 in stock. Hayden was very patient and took the time to help and look for them in various areas where they could have been. His customer service was great, he seemed happy to help even though he was busy with another task and was prompt to update me on what he was doing along the way to ensure I wasn't just standing around. I manage a retail store myself and based on my experience with Hayden today I'd hire him in a heartbeat!
