The staff are great but the manager was rude and impatient, his staff were helping me with a cellphone issue he came along and told the staff the issue wasn't worth the time and to help other customers. He gave me a refund but the issue was never completely solved because he rushed me out, leaving some features on my phone disabled. It was poor customer service on his part.

company is getting old and outdated, But good for the occasional sale if you have some free time. Not a place I go to when I need something specific.

The staff are friendly and fellow geeks/gamers. I enjoy spending a few minutes chatting with them on the newest games released. I find they are more than willing to help me find what I'm looking for, and they can quickly order anything that isn't in store.
