Outstanding branch. Outstanding people. Great service all around. I run an urgent care center on Route 7 - my staff and I have been using this branch since it opened up about two years ago (it replaced the old Citizens branch). We make deposits there almost on a daily basis. Quick service, no lines. I personally have used the branch to acquire Canadian currency. I have both a business account and a personal account with Berkshire Bank. If you are looking for personalized, quick, competent service, come to this branch. You won't regret it.
