Website is too difficult to use. When you call the store they don’t have access to check other stores stock. All operating as individual businesses results in a poor customer experience. Will not use pharmasave in the future. Poor
Bentall Pharmasave has been my go-to pharmacy for several years now and I have consistently received top shelf service from Victor and his team. Victor has consistently provided sound advice and truly has your health and wellness in mind.
Initially, I chose this pharmacy for its location very near to my office but I will continue to visit this location, as I have for the past few years, because of the amazing service provided by Victor. I'm sure his team is lovely also but I've always had the pleasure of dealing directly with him. I am able to email my questions/requests to the pharmacy in advance and can always count on receiving a speedy response. My prescriptions are filled quickly and he remembers me by name every time I'm in. He takes a genuine interest in my health and any concerns I have and makes recommendations accordingly. I've come to expect a much lesser level of service from other locations and honestly, as long as I can get what I need it's not a problem; however, there is something so nice about the positive interactions I have when I visit the Bentall Pharmacy. Makes it feel like I've found a small bit of community in the busy downtown core!
I have been going to the Bentall Pharmacy on a regular basis for the last 8 years and I am consistently impressed with their warm and friendly approach to their clients. Victor is great at answering any questions you may have about your prescription, suggesting things that might help for things that are less serious, and is just generally awesome. Some friends and I went down for our flu shots recently and one of them said it was the least painful shot she'd ever had. Keep up the good work, guys!
I have been going to this Pharmacy for a number of years and I cannot speak highly enough of Victor. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to answer every single question you may have. He is warm, friendly and kind. I wish he was my GP! He remebers all his regulars I left the bentall building for almost a year and he immediately remembered me upon my return. His ability to make you feel safe and that whatever meds you may be getting is normal, does not go unnoticed. I could not recommend this gem enough. Thank you Victor for making me feel so comfortable and for being one of the kindest pharmacists I've ever dealt with!
Hands down the friendliest and most helpful pharmacy team in the city. Victor has on more than one occasion gone above and beyond for me by researching questions I have, and making suggestions to help me along the way. He also has an amazing ability to remember all his "regular" customers. The entire team there has been nothing but incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
I can't say enough good things about Victor and his staff. Everytime I've gone in with questions regarding medications, vitamins or supplements, he has been a wealth of knowledge and information. He goes above and beyond to keep his customers happy and healthy. In addition, he does it all with a smile and a fun attitude - you feel like you've known him for years!
I have been with Bentall Centre Pharmacy in Vancouver since they opened in December 2014. Victor and his team are fantastic! I am able to email the pharmacy directly with the my prescription refills and then pick them up later in the day after work, it is really convenient. I appreciate their efficiency, quick responses and amazing customer service. Overall a really great pharmacy with really great staff - I highly recommend them!
Bentall Pharmacy offers top notch derive. I have been using them for the last 4 years. They are fast and efficient as always. And on top of that, they offer delivery service doesn't matter your prescription is big or small! They also offer very handy suggestions on medication and other things that are pharmacy related!
I called in asking for the availability of the tetanus booster shot. The rep on the phone said it is available. By noon my girlfriend went in person and was given a flu shot instead??! Called in again and was told there's no available tetanus shot 0/10 would bever come again. Pharmacy staff doesnt know what they're doing
