Shoppers Drug Mart

Cosmetics and security guard was really helpful to me but the pharmacy recently visited this pharmacy, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The main pharmacist exhibited unprofessional behavior, was extremely rude, and displayed discriminatory attitudes. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and does not align with the standards one would expect from a healthcare provider. I hope the management takes note and works on improving the quality of customer service to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment for all.

Been a long time customer, on my daily work commute and decided to stop in to grab a few items. Security guards need to do a better job and not harass paying costumers and waste their time. Here's a photo of Richard Jewell working the floor....Grow up.

I came here to post comment about security person and I have seen that plenty of people already complaining about this. But the most wonderful part is they are apologizing underneath almost every comment but I don’t think they are working on it at all bcz the situation is still same. I am scared to go to this store now cuz i feel so weared. I can totally understand that it is their job but they guys have to keep in mind that we are customers too so please don’t make us feel weird.

I am always a paying customer but feel unsafe with a security stocking my son and I throughout the entire store. Always being hovered and watched, preyed upon with accusatory eyes. They need better security people who actually do their jobs and make people feel safe while shopping in your establishment, and right now, you dont have that. I know I will no longer be shopping here.

The pharmacists are all so smart and kind. They aren't just a wall of bureaucracy, and were able to give me a very reasonable amount of wiggle room for a prescription refill!nnThey are so kind and thoughtful, even when their computers are down nnThank you!
