Very cute atmosphere and the charm of the store really pulls you in. Unfortunately the drinks themselves are fairly overpriced and average at best. Got the brown sugar bubble tea regular size for around 9 dollars. Tea itself was alright but boba was fairly hard. Tables weren't really cleaned.
Was really excited to try the bubble tea at this place, however, was really disappointed by the taste and quality of their product. There was so much hype about this new store opening in the Eaton Center and I was excited to give it a try. Pros: they have a variety of drinks to pick from and they can definitely get creative with the drinks. Their store is located in Eaton center which makes it convenient to get a drink while shopping. The store has some seating and unique merchandise for purchase. The cup seems to be reusable and looks fancy. Cons: we got the chocolate hazelnut bubble tea with tapioca. We waited quite a long time to get this drink just for it to taste like chocolate milk with tapioca balls. The drinks were pretty expensive and not worth the price. The store felt very congested and no place to really walk or stand. Their process of ordering and collecting drinks was very disorganized and chaotic. Definitely not coming back to this place again. I would recommend everyone to visit other bubble tea places which are better in quality - many to pick from in downtown Toronto.
This place looks very cool. The decor and vide is so great. They sell a lot of stuffs, from basket ball to skate board to phone case to hat. They even has t shirt and other stuff. I didn’t try their drink because I think it’s overpriced. It’s a nice place to hang out though, really fun.
First time trying a drink from here and loved it! The place was visually stunning and super cute, lots of spots for amazing photos! The customer service was also great! I would definitely recommend getting their mango passion fruit tea!
My 1st visit to Benkei Hime was by far an excellent experience. I've ordered an Oreo Hime cold drink great summer drink. I like the variety of the type of drinks such as signature cold drinks, real fruit ice tea, specialty milk tea, fresh fruit slushy, dessert tea, coffee, cream cheese foam. I'm definitely hooked! A innovative drink shop that is a game changer that also sells merchandise. Their signature cold drinks are way better than Starbucks frappuccino. The price is a bit high definitely worth it! Excellent customer service, great atmosphere, spacious, courteous, outgoing, courteous staff. I will continue to support & give them my business. I rate them AAAAA +++++ in my book. 10/10: I highly recommend this location! Hands down must visit to the eaton centre.
I wish we had a Benkei Hime in Montreal, it would be the death of me! I had the chance to try these bubble teas a few times and they all tasted so so good. I need more! The place itself is also quite amazing. Such a vibe. Loved it, and wish I could get more on a daily basis!
Huge cup comes with a big price tag. If it’s the prize cup you want, you will get a prize worth about $8 to $10. Mine was a nail clipper set. But, really be prepared for an average size drink plus a ton of foam on top. You are really paying for prime real estate and the museum experience. If you love collectibles, then this is the place to shop. If you are interested in the graphic design and marketing this is also the place where the drink speaks for itself. The experience is great if you are willing to pay the price. $$$ Cheers!
You meet a lot of characters in your life. Benkei Hime wastes no time with introducing its characters with a thoughtful animation located at the menu screen when you order. The story follows an alien peach thats crashes their spaceship onto Earth where it is then abducted by a little girl. Anyways, back to the review; this is a bubble tea shop. The interior design was a little over the top for a lot of people, but I quite enjoyed it. I got the Blue Cloud Hime and it was quite delicious. It was also very pleasing to look at.
The interiors are great to catch up with people passing by however the pricing and the menu is not very presentable. I was at Eaton center and saw people line up, It was bubble tea and the in tree riots that made everyone line up. I had the caramel salted bubble tea here, it was okay in terms of taste and quality . I do appreciate the concept of shopping and interiors and bubble tea however I think there should be some value added to the quality parameters. Overall I’d rate this place 3/5 based on overall aspect. But if you want to experience, must visit once
Super cute little location inside Eaton Centre. Friendly service, efficient, and great presentation. They also have clothing and other fun etc for sale located inside. Everything was good, minus their line up arrangements - a little unorganized and crowded due to lack of organization.
