Bought a bicycle from this shop .. have been unable to get any response to questions, call backs  in a year.  .  Not open when hours are posted.  Customer service non existent for me.

Excellent deals on certain ebikes are available. Josam was very helpful in showing me the different models of ebikes available and in offering to set a few up so I could I could test drive them. It was a great, informative visit. Very nice looking bikes, too.

I bought 2 bikes from Josam last year, I had an issue with both of them and Josam come through with flying colours in addressing them, good people to deal with.

Great bike and service.
