I asked for a certain VISA picture size, when I realized that they printed the wrong size, I went back to get the right size and they wanted to charge me AGAIN for their mistake. It would have taken them 2 minutes to reprint it but they refused. Bad business and they lost a customer. So I went across the hall to the pharmacy, got the right size for less money and it took 5 minutes. No wonder this place is always empty!

Excellent job on restoring, reprinting and framing a precious Max Sauer black and white photo of my father in his laboratory in the 1950s. Thanks so much

The owner is very friendly and it was the best photo that I’ve taken in West Island.
