I always have a fantastic experience walking into Beltone’s doors, whether it be for a pack of batteries, to set up an appointment or to ask a simple question!
This company is fast, thorough, courteous, professional, and took lots of time to explain all test results. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them.
I had a great experience at Beltone. Raymond was polite, funny, and most importantly very knowledgeable. He made sure I understood everything he was telling me and was very kind. I would recommend anyone looking to get a hearing test to go to Beltone.
The new secretary is really polite, speaks clearly, and has a great sense of humor.
First time getting my hearing checked and the appointment was very comfortable. Everything was explained thoroughly and I certainly felt that the person conducting the test was knowledgeable and professional. All in all it was a very positive experience.
I've never had such a though hear test. And the hearing aid demo. Well ya gotta try that!!. SOLD!! Did I mention very professional?
