The receptionist is the most rude and inconsiderate woman I have come in contact with in a long time. She is condescending and boligerant which is unfortunate because that's the first impression you get when you call or go in. The specialist also feels it's his right to call people at home and scare them into thinking that they're dying just because he doesn't like you. He needs to have his license taken away and his practise shut down for how him and his receptionist wife treat people. I feel sorry for anyone who goes there.
