We had a fantastic New Years Eve dinner at Bella Notte. Everyone at the restaurant were super accommodating - important for us as we had a few kids within the group. The wine list is quite expansive - great selection across the board. Kids menu is available, and the Chef has a curated menu as well. Make sure to try the appetizers - oysters are amazing. I went with the classic Pasta Bolognese - really good! Big shout out to our server Hilary - she was so kind and patient with our table. Would highly recommend and plan on going back soon!!!
We have ordered take out from here a few times before and love it. The family meals are such a great value and taste amazing. We also love to support local. We dined in for the first time on Valentines evening and it was amazing. Food was fantastic and the service great. I had the Seabass from the chefs menu that evening and it was 10/10. One of the best seabass I've had. Definitely check them out if you haven't.
Service was excellent, the food was just okay. Had the oysters Rockefeller they were good. The carpaccio was good. The burrata was very good. The seafood platter was just okay. The beef short rib was just okay. The gnocchi were just okay. A little pricey for the quality but overall okay!!!Food: 4/5
Lovely restaurant with good service and food. Good wine list, lots of Italian selections. The hostess was kind and took care of us at the beginning while our server was busy and unable to greet us yet. Our server was nice with humor Oysters Were good but I wasn't given a smaller fork/pick Zucchini Flower Interesting and hearty The Mixed Seafood Platter Octopus was tender but a bit too salty The risotto was disappointing Everything else was ok Spaghetti & Meatball Pasta was good and al dante Meatballs and sauce was good Overall I'd definitely return to try other items No EV charging port nearby
Just WOW. Always busy but the quality remains superior. Amazing staff, host and service. The chefs' special a 24oz steak was shared among 2. Spectacular taste and cooked to perfection. Can't wait to go back. Ps: save room for dessert. Parking: Parking on site free
An absolutely lovely place. Very tastefully decorated. The staff are outstanding. Truly a fabulous experience. Bradley was a stupendous server. We really enjoyed chatting with him. The food, was out of this world. Our apps, mains and desserts truly were outstanding. We've found our new "goto" spot. If you haven't had a chance to try this place, do yourself a favour and give it a shot. You won't be disappointed. Parking: Lots of parking, even on a busy night such as Valentine's Day. Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of wheelchair parking and easy access to the building.
Another day another review, wanted to try out local Italian spots instead of going downtown to try. This restaurant is really good, and I tried risotto for the first time and I definitely enjoyed it! I also had the fresh oysters !! The servers were helpful and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal over all so I would highly recommend it for those in the Durham area !
This restaurant is a good basic pasta place. Really nice service, had the calamari, chicken parm and pasta rustico. Food and portions wee good for the price range but nothing really stood out. The decor/environment inside is also very basic/plain.
Bella Norte Ristorante offers a welcoming and nice experience.The staff are nice and check in frequently to ensure you’re enjoying visit. Unfortunately we didn’t take pictures of all the meals we ordered but we did manage to take a picture of the platter. I’d recommend the oysters and seafood platter. Everything was made nicely and the portion sizes were decent. They’ve got a nice set up for a family meal. It’s overall a good experience.
Bella Notte never disappoints. We stopped in for an amazing Monday night dinner to ease into the Holiday week. Started with cocktails and Crostini appetizer. Initially drawn by the great Lasagna post Instagram, but switched up for Fettuccine with Lobster tail, Veal Parmigiano, and the best Apple dessert dish w/ice cream....what a great dinner! The food, staff, service are excellent! What a treat to have such a great place so close to home.
