From the TOWN OF WHITBY website; The following list provides an overview of the noise regulations: - The operation of speakers at such a volume that it is audible on a neighbouring property is prohibited between the hours of 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. - The operation of speakers at such a volume that it is audible from the interior of a neighbouring home where the neighbouring resident has made an effort to mitigate the reception of the noise e.g. closing windows is prohibited at all times. 1:30 AM on a Friday morning, and the noise is rattling my walls nearly 1/3rd of a kilometer away. This is a regular occurrence since this place opened up. Nevermind the rowdy drunks who shuffle out of the place their car stereos in the parking lot, or the gunshots last summer. Have a look out your window some time. See all of those houses that surround your parking lot; see all of those darkened windows? There are people in those rooms TRYING TO SLEEP. Mind blowing, isn't it? Have some consideration.

Wow I would so like to think of one thing positive to say about tonight's experience at this restaurant. But to be honest I can't. "Mafia Wedding " We'll what a disaster. To top this management was down right rude to customers who were hungery and beyond frustrated at lack of organization and service. Coupons handed out later for free breakfast. Nice but too little too late. For now, I may revisit down the road. I would not under any circumstances book an event with them. They are simply not ready to handle any events . Especially anything important.

Owner and server are always nice and food is delicious!
