Will never shop there again, the worst customer service by the store manager and sales person ever. Purchase a display wooden gazebo paid in full got it delivered and I noticed there was a piece missing , They decided to keep it back without calling me to let me know they were not going to send it, because to them this was a decor to me this was a piece that I had paid for . To the owner of Peel Hardware, My husband and I felt very insulted by your staff, I had to also wait two days for Jennifer and Cat to figure it out and to make me look like a liar.
Fairly well stocked store. Don’t expect bargain pricing. Even sales are a bit unimpressive. Staff are friendly. Very impressive tool area. Just a bit on the pricey side. Bulk hardware is impressive. Similar to the old style Home Hardwares. Power tool stock is adequate at best. They’re clearing out their Craftsman stock and have everything reduced. The only problem is that their reduced pricing seems higher than their competitors regular prices. Gift/home centre is impressive but bring your wallet $$
Today was my first time visit to this store to get rabbit feed and one thing itself will keep me going back to this place,” Nick”. What a gentleman and wonderful customer service. I was a bit hesitant to go in because of the usual rude experience at local stores. But Nick gives hope for people like me who is from different culture. Would recommend it to everyone that I know.

omg, perfect feeling of small town store. Staff is super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend going to this hardware store if you live close by. Also, support local everyone.
The older gentleman with white hair I found quite rude and more of a bother. I’ve been there multiple times and he recommended products that were completely not helpful. He acts like he knows what he’s talking about but doesn’t. Also during Covid I called in for some supplies and my explanation wasn’t clear enough so he hung up on me out of frustration.. won’t be back despite have good selection of products
I left a pretty poor review before I'm not sure if it's gonna improve much. But they're still there good for grain and animal accessories maybe thinhs for your garden don't try to do anything for your home here very hit and miss..

Cute place with a variety of things at the price of big box stores. Seeds, feeds, pet food and supplies and much more. Nice to support local and be greeted by friendly staff.
