Can you say woodtick?! If you love them, then this is your place. They abound at all times of the year and are thick enough to gather and make a meal of. Campsites too small and offer no privacy. One of the worst parks I have ever been to. Do not recommend.

I absolutely loved my time at this park. I camped during the week and it was so peaceful. At night I heard coyotes howling in the far distance and crows bickering with an owl. During the day eagles soared above. The only bad thing was having to pack up and go. It was clean, well maintained and the hiking trails provided all levels of difficulty for the casual walked to the adventure trekker.

I have been to this park several times. I love the scenery. There are tons of trout, but they are VERY spooky. We stayed in the tent camping area, and our site was large and private. Very quiet park. There are showers with hot water. The only compmaint I have is that the firewood that you are forced to buy doesnt last long at all. It burns too fast. In our 2 nights, we ended up going through 6 bundles.

This is my favorite place to go camping. It is great for trout fishing and hiking. Love this park.
