The most comfortable bed I have ever been in pillows too and the hot shower just topped it all off and conveniently located right off Exit 23. I have posted about 6 photos for this location and highly recommend clean quiet and within walking distance to stores there's a microwave and refrigerator I would recommend not getting anything Frozen for the freezer is Tiny

So we had lost electricity at our house so we called to see what the rate was she told us she would give us a cheap rate because of our situation... So we decided if we didn't get electricity by a certain point we would go. So we called back a few hours later telling her we would take the room. It was a new person she said we would never give a rate like that and basically called us liars. So we asked her to call her manager and call us back. So she did saying we were right and apologized to us for being extremely rude.... Then she didn't tell us that the building would be under some kind of construction... So at about 7am we hear banging and hammering and scraping right above us. Besides being clean and nice I wasn't happy with the customer service we were given.

Way better than we expected! We booked a room having no idea what we were getting into. Room was very clean, tv was newer and the linens were clean and comfortable. The bed was also was better than we expected. It's certainly no 5 star hotel but if you need a place to stay for a couple nights and keep your expectations low this place is pretty decent.

I just seen one  room in the Colonnade in and it was clean and had a really big bed but other then that it was not that big of a room or that nice

Pull in about 10pm and went into the office to check in, got our key and went to open the door and found someone who was already sleeping in the bed, scared the living daylights out of my wife,we went back to the main office to tell the front desk this and we were told "yes sorry I just saw that".. So after 10 min we got another room on the back side that reeked like old cigarette smoke and was a 2 bed twin room instead of the single king we had reserved didn't bother to go back out front as we were tired and wanted to go to bed.....after pushing the chair in front of the door to prevent someone from entering our room in the middle of the night 😀.  Bathroom shower ceiling was literally falling down while we took a shower because water was spraying all over from the lack of a proper shower head being installed even though there were "freshly remodeled". Can I rate this this a zero star because I certainly would like to.
