Beaches Bakeshop & Cafe' is a little cozy cafe in the heart of "Upper Beaches"! Located in Kingston Road Village. First you see the Swedish Flag and then you enter and let the atmosphere hit you. We are a bit of a hub for Scandinavians in Toronto. On the shelves you will find Swedish Cookbooks. Some to borrow while you sit in and some available to purchase. Everything we serve is made on the premises, homemade soups with no dairy or wheat. Healthy and filling salads, Quinoa, Red Rice, Black Beans, Sweet Potatoes, Cabbage and Kale are just a few of the staples we cook with on a daily basis. Vegetarian options always available!
We bake "in Swedish". Mazariner, Dammsugare and Sarah Bernards sit side by side in the pastry case! Marabou, Fazer, Cloetta and many more are brands we carry!

Super cute little bakery that serves traditional Swedish treats like kanelbullar cinnamon buns, semla cream puffs, and saffron buns. They also sell Swedish groceries and coffees you can take home with you. The staff are so lovely, and it's absolutely worth the trip to the east end to visit.

REAL Swedish cinnamon buns! If you're used to big sugary American cinnamon buns, you might not understand or appreciate the authenticity, but this place is the real deal for Swedish treats. The owner is lovely and the atmosphere is very quaint for breakfast, fika, or lunch. I'll definitely be back.

Wonderful fresh baked pastries and very healthy lunches. All with two very delightful women to help you enjoy your visit. I love this place.

Quaint place with original and well done baked goods, soup and sandwiches. Healthy options abound. Small so might be packed but nice for takeout.

If you're looking for an authentic Swedish bakery and cafe, you have come to the right place. Fresh-baked Lussekatter Lucy cakes? in season. Come in for a Fika. Also they have a selection of Swedish gifts and books.

This place has been open since I was 13. The staff have always been nice, and the location is the perfect place to casually grab a coffee, sit down by the window, and watch the world as it goes by. Try their lemon squares.
