Beaches Bakeshop & Cafe' is a little cozy cafe in the heart of "Upper Beaches"! Located in Kingston Road Village. First you see the Swedish Flag and then you enter and let the atmosphere hit you. We are a bit of a hub for Scandinavians in Toronto. On the shelves you will find Swedish Cookbooks. Some to borrow while you sit in and some available to purchase. Everything we serve is made on the premises, homemade soups with no dairy or wheat. Healthy and filling salads, Quinoa, Red Rice, Black Beans, Sweet Potatoes, Cabbage and Kale are just a few of the staples we cook with on a daily basis. Vegetarian options always available!
We bake "in Swedish". Mazariner, Dammsugare and Sarah Bernards sit side by side in the pastry case! Marabou, Fazer, Cloetta and many more are brands we carry!
