Beach Boy Restaurant

We visited Gimli Beach Boy Restaurant for the first time and had an excellent experience. We ordered the Pickerel Dinner and the Pickerel Platter, and both were absolutely delicious. The portions were very generous, and considering the price, the quantity and quality of the food were outstanding. The salads were especially fresh and really, really good.nnWhat made our visit even more memorable was the wonderful service. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the young girl who took our order was especially sweet. She had a warm smile and made us feel very comfortable.nnAs we were leaving, my husband accidentally forgot his camera at the restaurant. She noticed it on the table, ran outside onto the street, and called out to us so she could return it. That was such a thoughtful and kind gesture, and we truly appreciated it.nnOverall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Beach Boy Restaurant to anyone visiting Gimli. Great food, generous portions, fair prices, and exceptional service. We will definitely be back!

I was craving a lamb-beef gyro, and this place delivered. Service was fast, friendly, and professional from the moment I arrived. The wrap was generously sized, filled with a great portion of meat, and wrapped in perfectly grilled naan. The standout, though, was the tzatziki— creamy, and packed with lots of fresh garlic. Beach boy was fantastic. Haven’t been in many years. Visiting from Alberta. Staff was wonderful, food was delicious. One of the best Greek salads I’ve ever had. The pickerel portions are huge! Fries, skin on deliciousness! Fat boy burger is huge. Great homey place! Only the Greek salad got a photo though unfortunately lol

If you're looking for great food in Gimli,this is the place.I would skip the shooter size chocolate milk but everything tasted great.Portion sizes will satisfy even the big eaters.Think I have tried all the restaurants in Gimli and this is my favorite for burgers/ fries.

Also the best tartar sauce I’ve ever had.nnGluten free options are a big deal for me. And they go above and beyond with a gluten free flour to fry this fish in. What a treat! Make sure to stop by this place!
