Great service.. ordered a jacket for my wife online. Of course when it got here she didn't like and and I was stuck with trying to return it. Called them talked to Daniel, thinking this is going to be a total hassle but turns out it was super simple and fast. love the customer service here! thanks guys

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . Do not use. Called ahead regarding a simple order and pickup. Was dismissed by an employee saying they will all be gone right at 4pm for some baseball game. He said quite rudely that if I wanted them to stay I'd have to pay their overtime! Arrived at 352, door locked (as if they knew I was coming...) and given excuses over the phone as to why the door was locked. Employee pulled truck up in front of building at 357. The rest of the employees left the building at 401 and all got into the same vehicle. Absolute garbage. Used in the past, referred people, had a good impression, will never use again and will happily share my PHENOMENAL experience today!
