Texans know their BBQ, and this place is a shinning example. They do their home state proud, and I am honored that they have decided to bless this beautiful state with their superb quality Smokey goodness. Every bite was mouth watering, savory perfection. Keep up the great work, the motherly southern hospitality and God bless Texas. Almost forgot, the lovely lady who runs the place makes the cornbread herself and wanted me to tell her how they were, so here's my honest opinion. There has only been one place I know to have out done hers, a small hidden gem in Puyallup who specialize in cornbread. In fact their restaurant is even named after it, but since you specialize in BBQ, not just cornbread, I'm going to tip my hat off to you because yours are a crafted masterpiece of soft golden buttery delight. The sweetness with added honey, and the Smokey salty pulled pork with Carolina sauce paired together is an unbelievable pair. Each bite as it melted in my mouth was like it's own decadent morsel. Bravo.

Some of the best BBQ in the state of Washington. The owner, super friendly and nice, is from Texas and sure knows what he's doing. I live in Bellingham and figure it well worth the hour drive down to Oak Harbor to eat some fine BBQ. It's all good, but I'm particular about brisket, and they smoke it just right. I dream about their brisket! The baby back ribs are also good: tender and with just the right balance of spice and smoke. The sausage is spicy and pulled pork is tender and not too dry. Sauce is sweet and right on the mark. Their potato salad is one of my favorites. And true to their Southern roots, they sell delicious pecan pralines for desert.

Best BBQ I've ever had. Pulled pork sandwich was amazing - I had mine with Carolina sauce, which is beyond description. They also have a more conventional sauce, which is also delicious. My friend got the ribs and the hot links which I tried. Both, the links and ribs were smokey good. The beans were tangy and perfect. Last thing I had was the collard greens. I'm not a big fan of greens - these were so flavorfull and perfectly cooked with bits of hot link, again, delicious. Then there was the hospitality - gracious, generous and welcoming. You can't go wrong here. If you don't like what they serve...well, you just don't appreciate good BBQ.

I've eaten at The County Line, this place serves thicker brisket cuts and the highest quality smoked meats. Greens are damn good!

Best bbq i have had in a long time. Overheard the lady behind counter say they were from the Dallas area so that was a good sign. Ribs and pulled pork was delish. Wife had the brisket, great as well. Will return.
