Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

Good food, good service. Good place to take kids for family dinner. The bar is decent but drinks are pricey. Overall a good place to go. No real complaints, just pretty "cookie cutter".

Fast and friendly service. Rare, however, should be red and cool, not barely pink in the center. It's been my experience that more and more restaurants are overcooking meat, however.

Have been to this Applebee's 4 times now, service have been terrible each time.. The order has been messed up pretty much every time. In the restaurant I've had to wait 1 hour for the drink to arrive, and the food took even longer... We just tried to order online so how can they mess it up then when they have the order right in front of them? Nope, they messed it up again! Ordered with everything ( tomato lettuce etc) burgers came without everything. Had 3 burgers, only got 2 fries even if we ordered 3. Fries too.. Last time we visit Applebees...

Not good, went downhill with business model and target sales audience changes. They used to have great breakfasts available much of the day and were very family friendly - less so now.

Was hesitant because of the poor reviews but I've been twice and received exceptional service from the wait staff which is more than I can say about some of the other locally owned businesses around here. The food was good both times despite ordering a certain burger i wasn't a fan of but that is no criticism of the cook; it just comes like that. That's what I get for being adventurous.
