Food is very good! Eating outside is lovely - they should rethink the fluorescent lighting inside. It has the potential of being an incredible destination restaurant. I went there for date night and more recently my birthday. We have a second home on Camano and send everyone we know there, unfortunately they aren't open as often as we send our guests.

Beautiful view and very clean. Staff was happy to give us an informative tour of the facilities. It is gourmet and locally grown food with a knowledgeable chef, so food is more pricey than expected for the portion size. The wine list was right on part for the price point for fine dining. The staff was very young and a bit too inexperienced to answer some of the questions we had, but we're still friendly and professional. It's hard running a restaurant, I know. This business has come a long way and wish it the best. Just a little fine tuning could make it amazing. My suggestion is to get a simple local special or happy hour on a wine bottle and cheese plate special. Locals need a place to recommend for visitors!

I'm a contractor, business owner, blue collar kind of guy so I could pick it apart a bit but have to say it's not a bad spot for $300 a night especially considering you get a private little hot tub on your rooms patio overlooking the Puget sound and sunset. Very decent building for its age, great view, super delicious food and probably the best customer service I've ever had. You can definitely tell whoever owns this place takes it pretty seriously and tries like hell to go the extra mile. The only downside I can say is they don't serve liquor drinks and my room door was directly across from the faculty/kitchen area door which was pinned open the entire time which is obviously a big no no. Every time I came and went I had to see the inner workings which made the classy setting lose its luster very quickly. Also, "quiet" time starts at 10 pm so I was surprised to hear the staff loudly horseplaying from 10:15 to 11:00pm but they are pretty young folks so hard to blame them. Regardless I'll definitely stay again if I'm working in the area again or if the wife and kid want a little weekend outing.

Spent 4th of July here and had an amazing day. The view was incredible but the food was even more incredible and delicious and so different then most Inn menus. I love that the chef uses only local ingredients , freshest meats and seafood.. looping forward to returning again.
