Baymont Inn & Suites Bridgeport/Frankenmuth

When I made the reservation I didn't realize there was only one bed in the room. When we got to the hotel, they were able to give us a room with two beds. The new room was not handicapped as requested but that was fine. The room was right around the corner from the lobby. This made getting to the Free Breakfast Corner easy. They offered a good variety of breakfast foods. Biscuits and gravy already hot. Pancakes and waffles to heat in microwave or toaster. Two kinds of juice. Coffee and tea. Dry cereal or packages of oatmeal to make. Mini muffins, bread, bagels and other small breakfast treats were available. The pool was straight down the hall at the other end of the building. The pool isn't very deep but it is accommodating. It goes from 3.6 to 4.6 feet Deep. They also have handicap lift chairs to lower/raise you into the pool and whirlpool. They have a Whirlpool, however, the whirlpool Jets do not work very well. When we were there, only one jet worked properly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially the gentleman that registered us. I think his name might gave been George. He had a bald head. I would highly recommend this hotel for any length stay. The hotel sits back from the road making it hard to see but it is worth the adventure. If u see the Cracker Barrel restaurant (off Dixie Hwy and I-75 Exit 144) the hotel is right behind/next to it. For any of your other meal needs Cracker Serves great food any time of day.

Fantastic hotel reasonably priced. Clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds and a very good breakfast. What makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. Michelle, Andre and their General Manager George are fantastic and make this hotel stand so far above the rest in an area where there is so much option for hotels. Also, the fact that it is right next to Cracker Barrel is an added bonus.

Well not a bad place. Seemed real clean but beds ugh were so flat and hard old no pillow tops or feather beds here. If beds were better would have gone higher. Staff was super friendly

My family stayed here for one night. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was welcoming and attentive. I overheard two escalations being addressed while watching a baseball game on tv in the lobby, both of which were resolved to the satisfication of the guests. There was plenty of parking available. The only issues i had were minor. The only thing of note is the size of the lobby that is used for the free breakfast. If you do not arrive early, you may not get a table. I had to grab food for my kids and take it back to the room. Really not a big deal and did not impact our experience except for a few trips to and from the rooms.

Rooms were nice, bed was comfy, bathrooms were big compared to most cheaper hotels. Water pressure in the shower could have been better, and they cheaper out with thin TP Pool was on the smaller side but was a nice area. Continental breakfast was really lacking... Everything was cold and needed toasted or microwaved, and the area was over crowded. Definitely not enough room to accommodate the number of guests. Breakfast was really my only complaint with the stay though, everything else was on point.
