Bayside Lodge Clubhouse is a Psychosocial Rehabilitation program following the clubhouse model first introduced in New York City at Fountain House. It is currently managed by Training & Treatment Innovations, Inc (TTI), a non-profit agency under contract with Saginaw County Community Mental Health Authority (SCCMHA).
The Clubhouse is member driven by consumers receiving mental health services, assisting them in the development of their employment, independent living, and socialization skills, as well as encouraging wellness and education. The clubhouse features an Administration Unit, a Boutique, a Kitchen, and a Snackbar.
A primary feature of clubhouse is the Transitional Employment Program (TEP). TEP job positions are guaranteed employment positions for clubhouse members, developed with local area businesses by the clubhouse staff. The positions are temporary, usually six months in length, and fully supported by the clubhouse staff.

Bayside Clubhouse, of Saginaw, MI, is dedicated to assisting the rehabilitation of men and women recovering from the effects of serious mental illness, so that they may lead vocationally productive and socially satisfying lives in the community.
