The room itself was OK. It was a bit dated but didn't expect a lot for the price. The sink in the bathroom barely drained and there was a decent sized spider crawling around the room and on the A/C. I informed the front desk about both issues and they didn't seem to care at all. There is a breakfast which wasn't too bad, again considering the price of the room. The milk in the fridge they provide for breakfast had expired two days prior. Probably would avoid this place unless you can get a great deal.

The experience here is underwhelming in general. The rooms are outdated, but I did find the bed to be comfortable. The temperature throughout the building is all over the place, either being hot and stuffy or very cold. The breakfast area was cozy but a bit odd in how it was set up. I had an enjoyable time there drinking coffee. Right at 10:00am when the area closed they started breaking down and taking everything away, which is fine, but then they started reaching over our table to clean everything off of it while we were still chatting. We left for breakfast and came back (before noon) planning on getting ready in our room, but they had the door open cleaning it even though we hadn't checked out yet. The price was okay for what we got, but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Very nice motel,service! The wood work is outstanding in craftsmanship! All around in lobby and stairwells,banister. They do have shuttle service as well. Reasonable priced!!

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, from the friendly front desk staff to the comfy beds to the really beautiful woodwork and chandeliers. And they had an excellent breakfast in the morning (thank you to the helpful guests who pointed me in the right direction!). The wifi was set up weird with more than a dozen individual access points but worked just fine.

I have stayed at the Ramada several times during the last two years. I have no issue with the cleanliness or decor of the hotel. The rooms are nice and always clean. I would also have to say that all of my interactions with the Ramada staff have always been pleasant. They assisted me in reserving a group of rooms for my daughter's wedding and gave us really affordable rates. My two complaints from my most recent stay are these: the WiFi in the hotel is horrible. I was not able to get any signal, and ended up eating all of my data. It was very frustrating. Secondly, prior to checking out this morning, my boyfriend went to the front desk to see if a phone charger had been turned in. My mother had checked out the day before and left hers in her room. She had called and stated we would be checking the front desk to see if housekeeping had turned it in. When my boyfriend approached the front desk to inquire, he was greeted by a young man who looked unshaven and was wearing a wrinkled button down shirt. When he was asked about the charger, he appeared less than enthused to go back and check the lost and found. He returned about 30 seconds later stating nothing had been turned in. I have a really difficult time believing phone chargers don't get turned in daily. God knows how many times I have absent mindedly have forgotten my own. Seems really weird. I just found the attendant's attitude really off putting. I've spent a lot of money at this hotel; I guess I expected better customer service.
