Friendly and caring staff, and unlike alot of vets they do not overcharge.

Both of my cats have been so well looked after by the staff.  Everyone is always so careful and thoughtful of everyone (including owners!)  You know your pet has had the very best care when you leave and you know what you need to do to keep your fur baby healthy and happy!

I work with Sharon and I can't get onto review Bay Regional Vet but both my cat and dog have been so well looked after by everyone at Bay Regional Vet I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.  Not only do they take the best care of my pets they are patient and kind with my endless questions.  Never have I felt that my pets have had better care and attention.  I will never go anywhere else.

I used to go there regularly until I moved. Today when I went out of my way to pick up flea meds they arbitrarily insisted I bring my cats back for a weigh in. Is that the law? Big waste of time. Very annoying and will never recommend this location.
