I take my two cats here for their vet needs. I've always had good experiences and both cats are healthy. The service has always been friendly, and never felt gouged when the bill came. Thanks, Napanee Vet!

I was a customer and I was happy for a several years. But even though the world is opening up they wont let you go in with your dogs anymore. I whole heartedly disagree with this. You wouldn't send your 2 year old into the doctor's office alone. Also I find the voice on the other end of the phone quite abrupt, almost rude
Changing my review to 1 We have been coming here for Yeats and they used to be fantastic, we got a new puppy and they wouldn't accommodate for the 2 week shots and just said we would have to start over, what a money grab when we have been coming for years. Went to Richmond vet kind, caring and accommodating. Editing my review so you can find me in your system, may be under wife's name Christina GIrard, for animals Lola, Noel and supposed to be Jolene if you took the time to care for puppy's shots
Kind and gentle staff, so good to my sweet boy Blaze!
Called to see if I could get my 4 week old puppy an emergency visit as he was acting possibly sick and I got nothing but attitude from the women on the line! I love my dogs more than anything and especially the litter of puppies that came from my baby… She answered my questions like I was dumb and seemed entirely like she didn’t want to help, and she didn’t. My regular Vet had a fire and I couldn’t get in to see them, She told me I’d have to phone northbrook Vet and figure out where they can put my baby. It’s an emergency! These people claim to love animals but when it’s an emergency and could mean life or death they’re absolutely useless. If I could I’d rate this place -5/5. They do not care about your animals!
