Loyalist Veterinary Hospital

We have been bringing our dog here for 11 years, and have only the highest praise for the entirety of their staff. They’re compassionate, honest, generous with time, and even more so on price. We will be a loyal customer for years to come, and give them our highest recommendation. I’d give six stars if I could.

Very nice of the doctor came in even though she has covid. Our cats will hate us but we will follow her orders. Thank you to all employees

They can be a bit pricey but they always take good care of our animals and check up on them many times. Its nice to know how much they care .

Great staff, great service! Friendly atmosphere, calming environment for your sick/wounded pet. They work with your pet insurance to minimize your out of pocket expenses. They also have a doggie daycare on site.

My dog loves everyone there & always seems to like her visits. They're very knowledgeable & make you feel at home

Well for starters I had called them months ago to see if they were taking new clients and if they took fixed fur life they said yes so I had fixed fur life send the approval for Boots to get fixed then I had to put everything on hold fast-forward a few months I call and they were beyond rude and never even asked my cats name or my name to see if we were in the computer she was just plain rude and hung up before I could even explain anything to her so if the approval is still there and I finally found a really good vet with awesome people working there I do not recommend loyalist vet and at the end im actually happy she was so rude cause I found a better vet

I just returned home with a very traumatized cat from a visit with Dr. Pang. Unlike the other Veterinarian on staff, Dr. Pang is still not allowing pet owners to attend appointments alongside their pets. If you have an upcoming appointment I would suggest re-scheduling it until she drops this arbitrary rule, or try the other Vet. I’ll never know what happened during that 10 minute visit, but I know what didn’t happen, the exam we drove there for. Ace was there to have a lump on his chest checked, and Dr. Pang explained in a rude and condescending tone that she was unable to perform an exam bc my cat was “out of control” and “damaged property in her office.” I wonder how Dr. Pang has gotten this far in her career, but was unable to handle a 13 lb cat? I requested to bring my cat back in while I held him for her to quickly check the lump, as we waited 6 weeks for this appointment, and I didn’t want to put him through the stress of another trip to the clinic. Which had I been allowed in to begin with things would have been fine, as they always have been. Again, very rudely Dr. Pang said that she was not willing to take another look at him unless he was sedated. I’m sorry you’d rather unnecessary sedate my cat than allow me to be in the room with him? We have always received exceptional service from Loyalist Veterinary Hospital and I am sad to say we won’t be returning solely because of my experience with Dr. Pang. All of the other staff are amazing, but the way in which this woman spoke to me, and about my pet was unacceptable.

Have been with this service for the past 5-6 yrs. Awesome friendly caring staff. My fur babies are in good hands when we have to take them in
