Excellent quality food, variety of dishes and flavours, and easy to get a table. You order on an iPad so you get to see a photo for practically every dish. This is so helpful if you have family that do not read English, but also because sometimes we’re all tired and just want to see a photo to pick what we feel like eating! This seems to be more of a Northern Chinese cuisine, and there are options for very spicy and also mild dishes. The place is clean and in good order. We’ve come here several times over the last 4 years and each time it has been a good experience even during the pandemic.
This restaurant has always been one of the top choices for Chinese dinner since day one. Everything is delicious, and tasted the same as the local restaurants in China. The food portion is reasonably large, so be prepared to bring the leftovers home. Food could be a bit spicy and oily but keep in mind it is the traditional style. Restaurant is nicely decorated and clean. Ordering takeout is also a good choice.
Food was amazing Portion size was HUGE!! We went during a weekday lunch time. It was not that crowded. Had corn chicken soup, fried rice and a chicken dish Reasonable price too. Menu had so many different options. Will definitely visit again. Friendly staff Free parking available For any Szechaun pepper taste lover, I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed! Parking: Free parking available
Dinner for 4 cost about $130. The dining experience was mediocre. I did enjoy the two Sichuan styled dishes from the chefs recommendation. However, the other two fish and vegetables hot pot & seafood tofu lacked flavours . Service was poor. No smiles. 3/5.Food: 3/5
I was going to a neighboring food place, but their wait time was three hours for the next table cough Gyubee. I can see this place being a miss for some people, but that is definitely not the case for me. I ordered some Sichuan food, as well as some dim sum and it did not disappoint! The prices are also very reasonable, and I adore the spicy Sichuan sauce on most of their dishes. Definitely a hidden gem for authentic Chinese food
Went in for lunch on Saturday, luckily it wasn’t too busy and we got seated right away. I had been here before, just revisited because was craving for spicy and flavourful Szechuan style Chinese food! Ordered soup with marinated vege + fish fillet, spicy fried chicken cubes, sweet and sour pork, tofu pot with vege and pumpkin fried buns. They were generous in portion, service was good and the lunch completed my weekend! Will definitely come back again if I’m in the area.
Sliced beef and griddle pork intestines were very tasty as always, which I would highly recommend; bazhen tofu pot was okay as it was too sweet in taste and the fried tofu was not fresh.
Quite large portions with fair prices. But the taste is about average. Service is a bit lackluster, but the restaurant is clean and fairly spacious with adequate decor. It's very bright inside.
Great food. Very spicy and flavorful! However, hardly any service. And btw, they dont take visa. Only cash n debit. Highly recommend!!! Edit: Went again. Same story. added more pics. Great food
Great and generous portions, tastes are up to standars everytime.Food: 5/5
