Barrie Transit Terminal

There are some wonderful friendly driver's but there are also some notably rude ones as well. Way too expensive for the service provided and every change seems to make things more complicated (why are there 4 routes for the 8??). Staff at the ticket windows are efficient and friendly but don't actually work for Barrie Transit so they've actually got some accountability.

One time i was at a bus stop, bus driver looked straight at me & kept going. another, i took an 8A northbound from the south end & it stopped at the terminal, & went back to the south end! had to walk all the way home at 11 at night. stop having smoke breaks inbetween bus stops & talking on your phone!! you get paid well enough, so do the job.

Many of the staff get the times wrong, I was told my bus came at 4:45 which was a complete lie. It came early and since I was not looking out for the bus yet I missed it then had to wait a additional 40min for the next one.

Today 3b was late. It was not on time. It was on 3:35pm on 411 Hickling trail. I reached late on my work.

Have to put more buses and fix Sunday service cause people work on sundays too
