Pearson Airport location of Bar 120. Was acknowledged and assisted by staff to my seat. Service was prompt and cheerful. Was so happy to find a gem of a place at the airport to get a bite to eat that is healthy and delicious spinach beet & goat cheese salad Danitza is amazing. Such a warm welcoming presence to come across when you are awaiting your flight.
If you're trapped in delay hell in Pearson, this is one of the best places to crash, grab a bite and a drink. The service was super friendly, fairly priced and a good value. The salad was surprisingly great being paired with the Club Sandwich.
Their prepared food section had a decent / humble “paleo lunchbox” with cubed chicken, sliced raw veggies red pepper, cherry tomatoes, with green and yellow zucchini underneath, a few grapes and other fruit, and a hearty portion of toasted almonds for $13. A welcome option for those eating paleo or low carb / high protein.
Pretty good as far as airport fare goes! Although the menu was limited, their Mediterranean flatbread was tasty.Food: 4/5
One of the various eateries at the Toronto International airport. We had only sandwiches, but the server was helpful, friendly and kind what a blessing, being back in Canada, where that's the standard!. She asked whether we wanted the sandwiches heated up in the microwave, served them on plates, we got free tap water and a smile and spent several hours of our endless stopover sitting at one of their nice tables, using the free Wi-Fi and working away on our laptops. Definitely took some stress off the long, draining travel time. Thank you!
They tell you to sit anywhere. But apparently if you're a single person they don't actually mean it, they will chase you and want you to take a table you don't want to make way for customers that aren't even there yet. Lost my business before I even ordered.Food: 1/5
This is my place to come and eat in the entire terminal and this happens about once per two months. The food is tasty and their IPA is my favourite. Servers are wonderful.
Great place! We found out they open till 10pm instead of 8.30pm which was great taking i to account our flight kept being delayed : Happy hour for beer and wine all day long! Enjoy!
There's a number of good places to eat at Pearson airport, and this certainly counts as one of them. A molecular menu has been created, providing some tasty and familiar dishes with an interesting twist. The crispy fish tacos are one of our go-to dishes here, and while we must admit they are never particularly crispy, they are always very tasty. The batter is fresh, flavourful and never greasy. They're served with a chipotle mayo and salsa gel - essentially creamy little jello cubes with a concentrated salsa flavour. All the taste with none of the mess! We recently also tried their grilled cheese stacks; the cheese and prosciutto sammies were nice, but not particularly memorable. There was some cheddar cheese and prosciutto - but not much cheese and there was no indication that the bread was grilled. The mustard “pipette” essentially a very light, foamed mousse they were served with, however, deserve to be highlighted. It had an incredibly concentrated and rich flavour. The nice part is they're easy for sharing as they come on small baguette slices, so you get 4 mini sandwiches. You have to be a bit assertive with staff. They will not seat you, which leaves some people confused as there is no sign letting you know you can plop yourself down wherever you please, so just seat yourself. Also once you have sat down, it's probably a good idea to make sure they notice you're there. Otherwise, we've had good service.
Very overpriced for mediocre food - sandwich tastes very bland, homemade is better. I added chicken to my ceaser salad, they just threw it on un-cut and not to mention, super dry! Definitely would not be coming back if it wasn’t for my Priority Pass
