Their slogan is "Born in nature handmade by us" when everything in their outlet by gate D31 is the same stuff at sold at almost every other take out in the airport and I mean literally - the exact same brand. Also four sandwiches, all premade and prepackaged and the same as the ones everyone else is selling, all have meat so nothing for vegetarians or vegans.
Line up is back past itself. 15+ minutes waiting. Only had 1 person doing cash, stock, coffee and bakery items. I've never seen someone as slow as the employees. Literally lining up the muffins twice. Stopping wander over to pick something up, then put it down again. It looked like they were background people in a movie. 2 other workers showed up, but one got on her phone speaking about something she did on the weekend and another who had a lost dog expression. Bought 2 pops, two prepackaged sandwiches, a reg coffee and an apple.....$54 dollars. They must be able to afford people who want to work. These people work acting like they were doing community service.
Should have listend to all the reviews and not blindly gone in, to pay what seemed like an arm and a leg, to get at best grewl between two slice of bread, stick to the chains!
None trained employee. Dont bother with this place. They love the bad reviews. Employee behaviour is not acceptable.
Very Expensive, we bought a “ ham & Cheddar sandwich and there wasn't any cheddar, almost no mayo, and bad bread. The cost was almost 15 dls!
My NOBLE sandwich was anything but. Grabbed it for the ride home from Pearson. Top bread was dry and cracked in three pieces which was hidden nicely by the large attractive label. The bottom bread was unedible wet. Waste of good money -nothing fresh about it. I would have preferred to give a zero star rating but not an option.
Tried the Breakfast Club Croissant for an eye-watering $14 after tax. I can't believe I'm about to say this, but I wish I had gone to Tim Hortons.
Understaffed, way way overpriced - so not-happy spending one hour in-line waiting for a $6 coffee. What a money-grab…
Don't go here. Be patient. I wasn't - I was lazy. I deserve this Mediterranean Wrap, with its dry contents that I need to wash down with each gulp. Next time I'll hold out for something better down by gate 41. Something tastier than a wad of lettuce wrapped in carbs. Maybe I'll find the hummus that apparently used to be in these wraps, but left a long time ago.
The most overpriced lunch of my life. Two very small sandwiches, chips and two drinks. $41. Total joke of a company
