Swiss Chalet Rotisserie and Grill/Roost

Had a dinner here. Ordered back ribs. It’s delicious. The area is clean and the ambience is quite good. The staff are pleasant to deal with. The order arrived quickly. No complaint.

The worst meal ever. Just ordered the fish and chips. As you can see, the inside of the fish was raw with uncooked batter and very very little fish. The fries were overcooked bits and pieces and soaked in oil. NEVER EAT HERE! UPDATE: They called me. First offered another fish and chips dinner. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Then offered me a $15 credit if I go into restaurant. AGAIN,NO. I am 70 and order my food in. I don't go to restaurants. Then she said they would get back to me. That was several hours ago. UPDATE 2: THE NEXT DAY AND STILL NO RESPONSE. WHAT A TERRIBLE FRANCHISE TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS. UPDATE: So, Swiss Chalet has chosen to ignore this problem! I will make negative comments whenever I see a posting from them. This is such a rude and disgusting treatment of a customer who had ordered from this restaurant almost once a week for the last couple of years.

I ordered over $45 of food asked for 10 ketchup packets I received 2 my cheesecake was supposed to be strawberry and sauce on the side, I received cherry sauce and when I called to complain they told me that they don’t have cherry sauce and absolutely nothing else was offered. It’s not the first time this location has screwed up my order. Unfortunately it’s the only one I can order from. Great service Swiss Chalet!

This swiss chalet is consistently the worst one I go too. This time we orderd a double leg dinner and a wing dinner, both orders were missing a bun and the chalet sauce was like water. The wings didn't have sauce and the fries were not the signature fries they felt like McCain fries. We didn't get any utensils or or butter guess it didn't matter because we didn't get buns and this location doesn't even have a working ice machine.

slow staff even though I was the only customer in line. The tables were all dirty and the washrooms were also dirty therefore I walked out without placing my order. Who's going to eat in a dirty restuarant not me that's for sure.

We had a good time everytime. I went with my friends Donny and Krys. Saraniya, who works here looked after our order and showed very good customer service. The place is clean and well kept.

Tia went over and above for us showing us her warmth and love and generosity she showed us true hospitality and sat with us and took time to get to know us. We felt like we were down south . Thank you to everyone at this location... u will not regret it Kid-friendliness: So many options

My food and service is always amazing at this location. I have never been disappointed. I'm welcomed each and everytime and the staff is phenomenal and remembers my order and even my name!

Tia is wonderful. Always so friendly and helpful. She puts a smile on our face every time we come in.
