Baldys BBQ

Ordered brisket platter with side cornbread and baked beans. Beans are sweet, saucy, a little spice and bacon. Cornbread is sweet with bits of corn. Both very good. Food was great, Customer service was even better. The waiter split our meal into two bowls for us and we got to go waters after we paid! Literally insane customer service. Parking: Street parking

Great food here. Why the 4 stars and not 5? My Mac n cheese wasn’t hot. I would order it again but just make sure it is warm next time. Just a little critique that I’m sure doesn’t happen often.otherwise filling food with reasonable prices for the quality.

New to town looking for somewhere good to eat for lunch and we stumbled upon this gem of a BBQ joint. Amazing food and awesome service! Thank you to a Sierra for giving us such a great experience at Baldy’s! Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Customer service was great and great atmosphere but the food was not great and barely good. 5 of us went and ordered. the food came out about 10 minutes after ordering which is great timing but makes it weird that every single side dish was close to room temp. The main dishes were hot but just absolutely flavorless. Buffalo wings, ribs, burger and brisket were just extremely bland, even the Mac and cheese was terrible, had no taste, couldn’t even taste the cheese. I don’t like leaving this review cause it wasn’t a bad place to eat, just the food did not live up to the expectations.

WOW. Right out of the gate this place is great. The BBQ is fantastic. Awesome atmosphere, they have corn hole in the back, this place is screaming “red neck”, right in the heart of Oregon. They have a small parking lot but mostly people just park on the street. If you are vacationing at Eagle Creat and you are craving great BBQ, this is it!

Deeeeelicious!! Been on the road for hours coming from Washington, headed home to California and this meal was PERFECT!

Very tasty BBQ. Not happy with the meat I got. I only got a little bit of meat. A lot of it was fat. And unless I had a death wish, I wasn't inclined to eat all the fat too. Happy with the coleslaw and fries. Service was good. See pics for all the fatty parts. You get three slices for the beef brisket plate. I'd say maybe I ate one and a half slices of good BBQ meat. The other half was fat.

Quality is not consistent, never has been, never will be. Sadly they charge a fortune for a poor excuse for bbq. Portions are tiny. Meat us fatty and food is not consistent in taste or portion. Very disappointing. Go to New Mexico or Texas and enjoy really good bbq your next vacation.Rudy's BBQ is great@
