Chai this place out if you’re looking for a great brunch spot Baddies is a local gem that serves Australian style brunch dishes which a cozy interior. Their menu features a good selection of dishes that can appeal to anyone, even if you have a dietary restriction. Ordering is very easy, select the items, order & pay at the cashier and wait for your dishes to come I was very impressed with the presentation of the food, so of course I had to snap some photos If you’re looking for a great brunch spot, and want to support local, Baddies would be a great destination! Sweet little cafe just with interior* Store visibility - 4/5 it gets attention because it’s sweet little cafe on road Entrance - 4/5 Staff 4/5 Menu - 4/5 Quality - 4/5 Quantity - 5/5 Sugar level - 3/5 perfectly sweet - I wasn’t happy with muffin. - for the price it’s alright but the quality wasn’t that good for banana muffin
A bit busy. Had to wait for half an hour to be seated, but was provided with a number and the menus to get ready to order. Coffee came up first then followed with the food after 5 minutes, I wish I was asked if I wanted the coffee right away or with or after the food. It’s my fault too, but didn’t enjoy the coffee. The great thing is I was offered another coffee to go and it made our experience way more awesome. Cutlery and plates are clean. Food is good and interesting. Menu had very little food options. Their coffee is perfect. Will visit again but not in a weekend and my best wishes for them to be as busy as it can be to open many locations of this great breakfast/brunch option.
Right off the bat, the presentation of the food is obviously so colourful and beautiful! The servers were very friendly and my sister and I had a good experience here. It's on the smaller side in terms of space, which made it awkward for me when I was trying to squeeze between the tables to get to my seat. 50 SHADES OF GREEN: The bread was a quite tough to cut with the knife and we ended up having to rip some parts with our hands. The ingredients tasted and felt fresh overall. It was just the sourdough bread they used that was tough and chewy. Personally, I prefer softer breads. THE "FRENCHIE" : Again, beautiful presentation. Flavours were nice but quite mild. Bread was soft and the whipped ricotta was very airy. This dish was light, so we didn't feel guilty like we usually do after French toast. THE BRASH: Overall great experience with the staff and good experience with the food. Definitely picture worthy and definitely recommend to those looking for a nice brunch place.
Randomly stumbled upon this place and I couldn’t be happier. It is a very hipster spot and if you don’t mind paying for presentation you will love it. Even if you don’t normally...the food here is so pretty that you won’t be able to stop yourself from taking a picture. Chia pudding and the avocado toast were my personal faves!!
Late review! But a necessary one! The food is beautifully plated, and the service here is exceptional! I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience, when they reopen with seating, there will definitely be a hassle with wait times, but I’d say it’s worth the wait!
Love this aussie style cafe because of the simplicity in the menu, their coffee and the fast casual experience. My favourite part was paying at the cashier where you place the order. The future is here Hope there will be more cafes like this to come.
Food is plated so beautifully here and the menu is very creative. Food tasted delicious and I admired that they had vegan options for me. Staff were very nice and the atmosphere was beautiful. Love it here!
Stopped here while driving from Toronto to Niagra Falls. Beautiful space inside. Had the hotcake, chicken sandwich, brekkie sandwich, and a latte - all reasonably priced. The hotcake really stood out to me with all the fruit and nuts on top. I don't really like sweet breakfasts but this one was not overly sweet! Latte and chicken sandwich were also good. I would definitely come back for the hotcake!
I went to Baddies for brunch with my friends. I got there around 1pm and Iit wasn't crowded as I thought. When I got inside, I couldn't believe how small the place is. There was only 8 table there and at the end there was long bench for waiting. However, We couldn't wait that much, actually it was kind a quick. Table wasn't long, it was small for 4 people. Their menu looks more better when you checked their website actually it was same but i felt that it was more attractive on the website. I ordered 50 shades of green with mocha and my husband ordered chicken schnitty burger with hot chocolate by soul chocolate. Definitely, their drinks were outstanding! I never tasted such a smooth delicious mocha before! AMAZING! BUT, I had difficulty in eating their 50 shades of green because the bread was toasted and their knife wasn't sharp enough to cut. NOT GOOD! I strongly recommend to change or find better solution for this issue because the taste was DELICIOUS. It was tasty. I would like to make an accomplishment to their staff, they were so nice, they were smile all the time. I felt that they were happy to be part of the team. Overall, it was a such nice experience to visit this location, also they are located next to the Lansdowne subway station. Stop by there, dont have to order food, just try their coffee! Trust me, you will never regret! Thank you!
