I bought a Kia Sorento in 2015, with a complimentary 2 year antirust application. After the two years were over I brought my Kia to a professional to apply a new application of antirust and when he saw what was applied by Auto PB he was appalled and couldn’t believe his eyes. It’s a thick grease applied to the 4 door hinges the tailgate hinges and under the hood. I’m on my second can of degreaser and still didn’t finish removing all of the grease. Furthermore I was missing a driver side summer carpet when the car was delivered so I had to go back to auto pb to get one and what I was given was a carpet from an older model sorento which is smaller than what my car has so it doesn’t fit right.

Paul Alexandre offered a welcoming experience for a new car owner such as myself. He made the environment feel welcoming and not harsh like many other dealerships, this makes the client feel more at ease when trying to figure out what car will best suit their needs and not the needs of the sales man or woman. All in all his customer service and selling skills were superb and very helpful, bright future ahead for him!!

I've bought a car a few weeks ago and I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. I was looking for cars for a while and that particular day I was just "looking" and not ready to buy, but Jean was super helpful and he answered all my questions. Great experience, everyone was very helpful. We dealt with two agents on two different days; Jean was very courteous on the first day and on the second day, Mike was super helpful and professional. He took the time to show us various cars within our budget range and assisted us every step of the way until the delivery of the keys. They have a large selection of used cars. Their prices are good and the staff is friendly and helpful. We bought an SUV here and the agent did the best he could on the price to make us happy. They also sell higher end cars if that's what you're looking for.

The staff is very friendly and always greet you very warmly. they pretty much leave you alone and let you look at the cars at your own pace. When you do need help they are fairly easy to find. One of the salesmen brought us some water which I thought was a nice touch. The cars seem to be in generally good condition.

amazing service! We went to another dealership before coming here and thank god we didn't listen to what the other dealership said. The other dealer was completely wrong and these guys did an amazing job at finding a car for us within our budget, unlike the other dealership. I recommend talking with Dominic!
