Busiest time of the day and they have to tellers at their main location I guess customer service isn't really high up on their priorities

I have banked with this branch of KeyBank for over 20 years and have always received excellent service there. I can honestly recommend them.

Lacy Allen is the most disrespectful racist person ive ever encountered in my life, a disgusting unprofessional example she believes she is her own boss and doesn't have to give customers any information on how to get help above her. She reports to herself in her own words and no one can hold her accountable for being nasty and rude. This is the kind of person key bank promotes to branch manager with a totalitarian superior attitude that can treat people however she likes and then start lying about the reasons im upset blaming me for having a problem with hwr. Im sure thats the cover story she will be using once i contact corporate with the reason why I will no longer be banking with their financial institution. And when i ask why shes lying she just keeps repeating her lie. Grow up Lacy Allen you have no integrity when confronted with a difficult situation and low brow layman's attitude!

Horrible service. High bank fees. Lacey Allen does not care about her customers at the bank. Neither do the bankers or tellers. A joke of a financial institution.
