Wrote a check to a customer. The check was not processed and a fee was charged but a banker there could not tell my friend why it had not been cashed. The reason was not on my bank's end as they said the check had never been presented for payment to them. WTH? Incompetence at Wells Fargo.

When i made my new account here, i asked if there is not anymore money in the account to not let any come out so i didnt go negative, and i didn't get charged the overdraft fee. They said they could do that and they would... $250.95 later they're telling me that they never sai that because they don't do that. Say goodbye to a customer of 10 years!
