They are great for office supplies. Their store brand is a great bargain. I was even able to get a typewriter ribbon. Their tech department can be pricey, but it's convenient.

The staff is alright. The easy tech employees and the manager makes you feel like you're talking to a wall and than proceed to make up things as they go along. My first day working there a while back as I was training, there were thousands of ants in the break room and even mouse traps. The store is the dirtiest store and one of the worst staples EVER! The big manager 'Ramesh' doesn't even deserve to have his job. One of the most unprofessional human beings I have ever met and all they do is talk bad things about customers as they leave the store and complain. Sorry not sorry!

Not terrible, but not great. Location is somewhat more convenient, selection is better than most nearby competition (ie Walmart etc.). Cost doesn't usually feel like a great value, and service is average usually. Would pick staples over Walmart most of the time, but given my opinion of Walmart that might not be saying much. I wouldn't expect to be wowed every time, but I also wouldn't expect to walk away displeased either. I would warn about being too naive in regards to the tech support associates. Go in with some sample questions and give them a little quiz before you assume that they are good at what they do.
