AT&T

Visiting this store is very similar to waiting at the DMV. I usually have to wait for 45 minutes or so here. The employees are generally friendly, but don't really have an incentive to reduce wait times at all. Been happy with AT&T service but always think long and hard about switching whenever I have to visit their store.

Dropped from call three times in 7 minutes with full signal. Getting to be the norm now in Montana! Funny the guy I ride with never has a problem with Verizon.

Several visits to the store to get assistance in replacing a phone. Was asked to schedule an appt, which we did. They took our phone number to text us when we were up next. Never heard from them. Phone calls to the store to try and schedule an appointment and automated message directed us to website. Nearly impossible to find appointment link. Once found, filled in all necessary information to schedule an appointment (3 days out) and went to submit only to be told they were having issues with their website. Lack of access is very disappointing.

Twice now my friend who has AT&T service and an apple phone, the customer representative could not help her with her phone. I knew more than he did. I just purchased a new phone for my friend so she took it in to have them switch service from the iPhone to the Samsung. He put the new $5.00 sim card in, transferred her data And sent her On her way. Needless to say he never activated her phone. Beings she lives 15 miles from the only at&t store I told her we will call the real AT&T company, give them the MEIN number so she could use her phone!!!! DUH.

Spent an hour waiting for someone to help me. There were only two "reps" working and a manager that refused to help me with the smallest of tasks. I have 8 lines with at&t and have never been talked down to the way the manager did that day. Always love at&t and the service they provide. This store however needs help!!
