Firestone Complete Auto Care

This place is great! Everybody is super nice and helpful, it's always super clean and they get things done in a very timely fashion. I've called a couple of times to see when I could get Tanner's car in with problems and they've even taken it same day! One of those "Drop it off and we'll get it done before closing" things. Also if you don't have the lifetime alignment, you should!

Outstanding, fast and friendly service. The staff was excellent at communicating the repairs needed and kept me updated on progress. Excellent customer service!

Terrible service. I scheduled an appointment days in advance for 4:30 in the afternoon. I got there early to drop my car off and asked how long it would take. The man at the counter told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait and that they'd call me when it was done. I had my boyfriend take me home. 6:30 rolled around and I still hadn't heard anything so I called them and no one picked up. I called again and got someone to answer, only to be put on "hold" in which they hung up on me. I called one more time, a couple minutes later. A different person answered and I asked about my car, to which the man replied "We haven't got it in yet, but we can probably do it before we close." We immediately drove to the shop to get there before they closed at 7, and my car was up on the lift when we entered the shop. A phone started ringing and a mechanic came in from the shop to answer it, and left without speaking to us. Minutes later, he came back into the shop and we explained we were there for my car, to which the man replied, "Ah, you guys are our last customer for the night!" I paid for the service and ended up leaving the shop at 7:30 that night. tl;dr I went to Firestone because I had an appointment in advance as well as a coupon for an oil change, and ended up with poor customer service and far too long of a wait for a simple oil change. I've previously had positive experiences with Firestone, even to the point where I was recommending it to friends, but I will no longer be returning to Firestone or recommending it to colleagues.

I've gotten tires here a couple of times and have always had a good experience. Great, no BS customer service. They're always pretty busy, so expect to wait a while or drop your car off...

These guys were so solid! Far exceeded expectations. We were from out of town on Thanksgiving vacation when car problems started, the shop was totally swamped but we still got in and taken care of. Cody was awesome, great customer service, personable, printed off pictures to show me everything that was going on inside my car, gave me the play by play on everything that was going on with the repair as it unfolded, and taught me what was wrong on the rusted broken part when finished. I would take my car to these guys on the regular if they were in my home town. Thanks again.
