We bought a washer and dryer set and when it was delivered they were 2 different colors. We were able to keep the washer that was needed more, but was told we needed to order the dryer again through Home Depot. The delivery service was a contracted service that Home Depot hires because we were a few miles outside their delivery zone. They were extremely nice and helpful but could only deliver on Saturdays. I tried contacting Home depot the next week and continued to be sent to voicemail. It took quite a few days for them to order a new one and then they wouldn't deliver it for another 3 weeks on a Saturday again. The week before it was due for delivery I received 3 calls on Friday at 4 pm that it would be delivered the next morning (a week before I was told). I tried contacting them back to reschedule since we had already made plans. Of course it was 5:05 and it went to voicemail again. Needless to say we had to cancel our plans. No rush delivery or apologies. Home depot obviously doesn't care about customer service and they will be hearing from me yet again but will probably just get a voicemail.

Prices are better then Lowe's. Service is on the poor side. Selection is good. Typical home improvement store. Nothing spectacular.

Omg ! I didn't think it would get any worse than what we dealt with as we walked unto home depot we were greeted with the deafening sound of a floor machine of sortz that should be done before the store opens for business. Then we asked 4 employees where to find a certain product before we found out they carried it but would not cut it then we walked out to find our dog had been terrorized by someone while we hunted an item we could not purchase and this caused our poor little friend to poop in the car . So back into the store we each went in separately, as we weren't about to leave the poor guy alone again, o get paper towels , cleaning agants & air fresheners. So needless to say we had a real crappy visit 💩

Waited over 45 min to find someone in the store who could help us buy a bulk storage freezer. No one showed up and every sales associate we asked for help said that they don't work in appliances. This store is definitely top 3 worst HD's I've ever been to.
