Came to Auto Zone to buy a replacement rear turn signal light bulb. Reasonably priced and they give Military discount with valid ID. I didn't have any tools, and being from out of state, I asked the Mgr if he could help me install so I didn't get a ticket. He pulled he tail light assembly, replaced the bulb and I was back on the road in under 15 min. Great job guys.

fairly good service. some personell are more kkowledgeable than others. once in a while i get the feeling of being rushed.

My check-engine light came on while I was traveling on Memorial Day. Stopped in, and the staff did the diagnostic check there in the parking lot, told me the problem, printed an informational sheet with potential costs and talked with me about the pros and cons of waiting to fix it. I appreciated the help and the discussion that didn't make me feel like an idiot.

I walked in to order something and was not greeted by anyone, which would have been ok except I could not find what I was looking for. There was one guy at the counter helping someone and another guy screwing around in the back talking on his cell phone. I waited a long time for the counter guy to finish up but he was having some issues. He never even acknowledged I was waiting and after a while I decided they did not need my business so I left. This is not the first time I've been in and there is no one available to help. I won't be going back! - 2017.05.21
